Summer Fun Is Nearly Over

OK, so the summer never really began this year, it has been wet , miserable and cold here in the UK.
But it hasn‘t stopped me and the kiddies having fun. I will be sad when Leona goes back to school next week. The summer holidays have gone far too quick.
But we‘ve filled the weeks up with lots of fun things.
Did I tell you all how much i love my beautiful Leona and handsome Lex. They make me so proud every day.

New clothes

Got Leona a bunch of new clothes today, she looks gorgeous in them. She had outtgrown most of her old ones. And Lex has got so many clothes he doesnt need any for a while!

Blue Eyes

Lex had his eye test today and everythings perfect!!! He‘s very upset he doesnt get to wear glasses like his beautiful sister haha. Early morning swimming tomoro. Night xxxxxx

Lazy Sunday

The sun is out, the kids are eating ice lollys, Bacon butties are on their way and the furthest we are going today is the back gardern. But i havent forgot last nights post. We are loving every second.

Time

Time is precious. Some people grab that time. Some people waste that time. But we should all treasure it. To quote one of my favorite songs in the world Slipping Through My Fingers ‘What happened to those wonderful adventures? The places i had planned for us to go. Well , some of those we did but most we did‘nt , and why i just dont know‘

Looking at my sleeping kids now, I am consumed in thoughts of how they got this big. From little bundles in my arms to 5 and nearly 3.

This thing called time scares me. But i will also let time be a friend and have fun with it!
